Yes, guests with special needs have accessible access to the concert halls. All venues have wheelchair spaces, which must be announced in advance. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted to attend the performances. Discounted tickets are available for young people aged 5 to 18. These are only valid upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
Young people aged 5 to 18, as well as ISIC cardholders up to the age of 27, can purchase tickets at a discounted price of 20 euros. Discounted tickets must be presented with valid photo ID or an ISIC card.
Bookings of 20 or more tickets are considered group bookings and are handled individually. Please contact our team by email or phone to receive group offers.
Tickets can be purchased directly at the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Straße 51, 1010 Vienna) and paid for in cash or by debit/credit card. Bank transfers are not possible.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Klarna and Apple Pay.
The card verification number is a three- or four-digit security code printed on your credit card.
Vouchers can be redeemed online in the shopping cart, by phone, or directly at the office of the Wiener Mozart Konzert. If the value of the voucher exceeds the booking amount, the remaining balance can be used for a future booking.
Please print your ticket and present it at the entrance check. E-tickets can neither be cancelled nor refunded.

Tickets can be collected at the office of the Wiener Mozart Konzert starting one month before the concert date. Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or digital) with you.
Duplicate tickets can be issued at the office upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Rebooking to another date is possible free of charge — subject to availability — up to 24 hours before the event. For Dinner & Concert and VIP packages, free rebooking is possible up to 72 hours before the event. Refunds or cancellations of e-tickets are excluded.

Buffets are open in the concert halls before the concert and during the intermission. Beverages are not included in the ticket price.
